User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Movly mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms below. The App is intended for users aged 18 and older.
Use of the App
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Movly.
- You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to misuse or interfere with the App’s normal operation.
- You are responsible for your own actions and content within the App.
Subscriptions
Movly offers subscription access. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are managed through Apple’s App Store. Movly does not sell coin purchases.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App and its design, interface, and content (excluding your own content) are owned by Movly or its licensors.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above.
